If you talk about perfect products or equipment for any leading business, a basic need for quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) is first demand for mechanical testing equipment. Even the Smallest things can be observed by us, as like a rubber band will stretch under the weight of a car can be determined by mechanical testing. We test in our Mechanical Testing Labs, the qualities of equipment like, compression, fatigue, flexure, ductility, shock, tensile, vibration, and shear tests to make sure that the material after testing will work and behave in the appropriate way.
The physical and Mechanical Testing Lab of a product comprises a critical part of the product and development process. Applied physical force such as vibration, shock stresses, and strain can reveal the inelastic behavior of the material. Mechanical testing allows the product developers to understand the product better, identify vulnerabilities, and establish stronger quality control. Mechanical testing employs a variety of strength tests that can determine the suitability of a material or component for the intended application. It measures characteristics such as elasticity, tensile strength, elongation, hardness, facture toughness, impact resistance, stress fracture, and the fatigue limit.
Mechanical testing is integral in material evaluation to determine suitability for service, manufacturing, and to verify compliance with the appropriate standards. Lab time is spent familiarizing students with standardized testing procedures. Macrohardness testers from Wilson and United are used to demonstrate proper set-up for obtaining reliable results on the Brinell and Rockwell hardness scales. Microhardness testing includes both Knoop and Vickers capabilities with a manual LECO microhardness tester to show traditional experiment methods. A Wilson VH3300 Automatic Hardness Tester shows students the advantages of an automated system to quickly perform high volume sequences.
We Test Range of Instrumentation in our Mechanical Testing Lab.
We tests various product types for mechanical testing, which include testers like· Fatigue resistance measurement; Here Mechanical Testing Lab include Friction testers, scratch testers, and tribometers are used for performance measurement of static and kinetic friction coefficients, adhesion, surface scratch hardness, stickiness, tensile strength, peel resistance, wear, and lubrication.
